Life is a Beach Concept Page 1

First thumbnail sketches and practice inkings for my next assignment at college.

It's a pretty cool assignment, we have to do 2 A3 pages as if they had been taken from a graphic novel. Of course you need your own story and characters so here is my concept at the moment.

I have decided to name my graphic novel "Life is a Beach" and I won't lie im excited for it. Basically whats happening is you are seeing my characters Ive been shoveling out for the last couple of weeks engaged in a competition to decide who gets control of the middle beach.

They do this with a full contact fighting elimination sport called "Burner Ball" which of course implies the ball that tags you for the elimination is on fire. At the same time its a massive ass brawl while the ball changes control.

Dang it I just want FIIIIIRE!!!
